  Save yourself the headache and don't go. I've been lied to since joining sprint. Worst experience I've had with anything. If you need help, I recommend possibly going to another store (which I'm not entirely sure about. I've only been to one other sprint store and they were just as bad. Maybe you'll get lucky by getting a good associate in another store) or contacting someone online with their live chat. May take a little bit of time, but you get the answers that you need and they actually help you or guide you in the right direction. That's by far the most help that I've gotten with this company.
